The Brooklyn Body Barge and the crew is shipping its last haul of the night. Calm waters guide the ship through the moonlight with its heavy haul of decaying departed.
“Only bout tree-fiddy bodies tonight,” the first mate says to the captain.
“Who do you think you are, the Loch Ness Monster?” The captain says like he is Danny Glover getting too old for this shit.
The captain gives the signal and the mate activates the mechanism that tilts the cargo, releasing the deceased into the ocean by the piles. Soon after the 1st minute of the dump, the barge is rocked by a wave that nearly capsizes it.
“Whoa, feel that?” The mate asks the captain.
“Ya God-Damn right I felt …,” but before the captain could finish, a magnificent roar thundered from below, much like the howl of Quentin ‘Rampage’ Jackson.
The all-consuming flame obliterated the remaining bodies as the ship sank into a vortex. The captain took his skipper cap off his head and said sincerely to his homie “It’s been a pleasure to have you aboard.” Fire, oil, blood, & brass instantly polluted the ocean waters as the silhouette of the sinister sea-serpent slithered swiftly to the shore. Godzilla.
