The Legend of Mountaintop Water Drop

Once upon a time there was a Water Drop that lived on the top of a Mountain. It was so cold at the top of the Mountain that the Water Drop froze and became Ice, & this caused the Water Drop to sparkle like a Diamond at what the Water Drop considered the top of the world. Shining like a diamond made the Water Drop happy.

One day the Sun shone on the Water Drop and its sparkle gleamed gorgeously, but the Sun shone so much that it melted the Water Drop and it began to slide down the Mountain. The Water Drop cursed the Sun for removing it from its Peak of Glory as it dripped down the Mountain like the tear down Denzel’s face in his Academy Award Winning Performance in Glory when he was whipped like a field slave. The Water Drop gathered dirt and dust on its way down until it rested at the bottom of the Valley as Mud.

The Water Drop was once at the top of the Mountain and shined bright for all to see. Now it is at the bottom and is as filthy as can be. The Water Drop called to the Sun from the Valley to be set free from the light, but the Sun only continued to shine. So the Water Drop became Vapor and began to rise. The Water Drop rose to where it could see where it was at the top of the Mountain and rose past that into the clouds where it lives with the risen likes of Jesus, Ol’ Dirty, and the Ghost of Michael Clarke Duncan.
